It’s that time again! Registration is now open for the 2026 NGAUS Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana (28-31 Aug 2026). I am your state coordinator and POC for your conference registration. We have a limited block of 10 rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. To assist with the high costs of travel from Alaska, ANGOA typically covers registration and lodging costs for attending ANGOA Lifetime members, subject to the conditions below. In exchange for this funding, members may be required to support the mission by serving on Delegate Boards and/or attending specific mandatory meetings throughout the conference.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Fees & Penalties:  Please register NLT 20 July 2026. Registrations after this date will incur a $50 late fee payable by the member.
• Cancellation Policy:  A $15 hold will be placed on all credit cards. Cancellations made prior to 10 July incur a $15 fee. Cancellations made after 15 July are subject to the full cost of registration to be paid by the member.

LODGING RESERVATIONS:

• Room Block: We have 10 rooms reserved for the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. They will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your credit card information is required to reserve your hotel room.
• Requirements: You must be officially registered for the conference before I can reserve your room. Submit your lodging requests NLT 20 July.
• Changes & Hotel Cancellations: Any changes to lodging must be made through me by 24 July. Starting 6 August, all changes or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
• Hotel Cancellation Penalties: Hotel cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty fee of one night’s room and tax. Please retain your cancellation confirmation number to resolve any potential credit card disputes. Note: Canceling your hotel does not automatically cancel your conference registration.
